Russell's Trees and Yard is an Owner/Operator style of tree service. The owner, Russell is personally part of every project and you will deal directly with him regarding your estimate and the actual work to be completed at your house. There are no salespeople to deal with, there is no middle management, and we do not have any affiliates or employees that are authorized to speak on Russell's behalf concerning pricing or commitment to either a contract in whole or changes to an accepted or proposed contract. We do have an assistant that will field your calls and communicate with you through text, email, or call. Russell is ultimately the sole contract and decision executor. We will never share your personal information or use it in any manner of marketing or unsolicited communication outside of the realm of your specific contracts or estimate requests. We will do scheduling reminders, follow-ups, auto-schedule reminders.
